• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback benefit per week.
• Silver — up to 0.7% cashback benefit per week.
• Gold — up to 1.0% cashback benefit per week.

There is an opportunity to advance to a higher VIP tier based on consistent active play and loyalty to the platform. Cashback is processed automatically each week.

All games on the 8bd8 platform follow the principles of fair and random outcomes. If evidence of cheating or any form of manipulation in game processing is found, the relevant player's account will be closed immediately.

• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, 8bd8 reserves the right to make a reasonable decision.
• 8bd8 will not be liable for any loss caused by an internet disconnection.
• In the event of a dispute over game results, the log records stored on our servers will serve as the final evidence.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

For sports betting, if an event is cancelled, suspended, or rescheduled indefinitely, the bet amount will be refunded or settled based on an alternative outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8bd8 platform:

8bd8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If these terms and conditions are violated.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• If identity verification is not completed within the specified time.
• Upon instruction from a court or government authority.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a long period (generally 12 months or more of inactivity).

8.2 Your Rights

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Your balance will be paid out in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy before the account is closed (exceptions apply in cases of closure due to terms violations).
