Responsible Gaming at 8bd8
Enjoy entertainment safely — our tools and guidelines help you maintain a healthy and enjoyable gaming experience.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming can be a fun form of entertainment — but it should always remain just that, never a source of stress or financial hardship. 8bd8 believes every player has the right to play in a safe environment. Our responsible gaming policy places the mental wellbeing and financial security of every user as the top priority.
Only individuals aged 21 or above may create an account and play on the 8bd8 platform. Participation in gaming activities by minors is strictly prohibited. We follow strict age verification procedures and reserve the right to suspend accounts where there is reasonable suspicion.
If you ever feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life — playing in secret from family, financial difficulty, or emotional distress — contact our support team right away. Our 24/7 live chat in Bengali is always there for you.
This platform is for players aged 21 and above only. Registration and gaming by minors is completely prohibited. A note to parents — please keep your devices secure and out of reach of children.
Our Safety Tools
8bd8 provides several effective tools to help you stay in control of your gaming — set them up at any time according to your preference.
Set Deposit Limits
You can set your own maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period — reducing the risk of depositing more than you intended on impulse.
Session Timers and Breaks
Using the time-out feature, you can temporarily close your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets — making it an effective way to take a mental break.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, choose the self-exclusion option. Once activated, your account will be closed for an extended period (from 6 months up to permanently), and a specific verification process must be completed to reactivate it.
Age Verification
8bd8 verifies age at registration and may request a national identity card or other valid documents in cases of suspicion. No one under the age of 21 may open an account or play.
Gaming History Review
You can view a detailed history of your spending, wins and losses at any time. This transparency helps you understand your own gaming habits and make informed decisions when it matters.

Tips for Healthy Gaming
- Gaming is always for entertainment — do not treat it as a way to earn a living.
- Set a time and money limit before each session and stick to it.
- Never play while drinking alcohol or under emotional stress.
- Do not place larger bets to chase lost money — this typically leads to further losses.
- Take regular breaks, get outside, and spend time with your family.
- Even though the minimum deposit is ৳300, always keep to a budget you can afford.
- Do not play using someone else's account or payment method.
- Do not hesitate to activate deposit limits or the time-out feature when you need to.
How to Use the Tools
Set a Deposit Limit
Log in and go to Account Settings. Under the "Deposit Limit" option, set your daily, weekly or monthly limit. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a 24-hour wait.
Activate Time-Out
Go to the "Take a Break" section in Account Settings. Temporarily close your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. It will be reactivated automatically once the period ends.
Apply for Self-Exclusion
Contact our support team via live chat or email us at [email protected]. Self-exclusion for 6 months or longer will be applied — we respect your decision.
